The founding partners of AvLink, Connor Grey and Jeff Haney have been involved with aviation from their youth. Both professional, accomplished pilots, they understand all the nuances involved with being successful in the business. Their family’s are also very involved with all aspects of aviation and have vital roles within the team. Connor’s wife, Olivia, helps to lead the company’s day to day operations in her role as Chief Operating Officer and Jeff’s wife, Jessica, puts her expertise to work in the Marketing\Communications department. Aviation is in their blood. Both the managing partners family’s have sons who they keep actively involved in all things aviation. Connor and Olivia and Jeff and Jessica get to lead by example and show their sons, through their efforts, what hard work and passion can do!
