Chief Executive Officer

Director of Operations

Connor founded AvLink Direct in 2018 with Jeff Haney. He has spent his entire career in business aviation holding various management positions with charter companies over the years, including Director of Operations, Director of Training, Compliance Assurance Manager and Check Airman.  Having owned and operated several of his own aircraft and having 15 years of experience in the industry and multiple type ratings in business jets, he is highly experienced with the ins and outs of the industry.

Chief Pilot

Jeff co-founded AvLink Direct with Connor in 2018 with the goal of providing unmatched customer service to aircraft owners and transparency to the management business.  As a veteran pilot with ratings in large cabin business jets as well as holding an A&P with Inspector Authority, Jeff is an asset to AvLink on both operations and maintenance sides of the house.  Jeff has also served as a Chief Pilot for a Part 135 charter company that was built from the ground up and currently is our in-house Chief Pilot.

Chief Operating Officer

While not a pilot herself, Olivia has been immersed in aviation for the past decade.   Her experience as a project manager helps bring the vision of AvLink to life.  Using her education, a Masters Degree in Mental Health, as well as a certification from the Project Management Institute, she is able to provide structure for our business goals as well as the goals for our clients. Her caring attitude and drive for success makes our clients objectives a reality.

Chief Marketing Officer

Jessica brings to the team over a decade of service and aviation experience.  She is a licensed private pilot and also a trained corporate flight attendant.  Her real world experience and knowledge of aviation is highlighted in our in-house finance department.  Jessica has many years as an entrepreneur in multiple industries including real-estate, interior design and aviation.  Jessica has a Bachelor's Degreee in Psychology from UCLA.  She is also a aviation mentor in her local community.
